    Currently we ship only in India. You can place an order from overseas and choose to have it delivered in India. Read our Shipping policy for further information

    Normally it takes up to 2 weeks if the product is ready. Otherwise it can take up to 3 – 4 weeks for the design to be made and delivered.

    We don't provide any third party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. We maintain strict guidelines requiring all third parties to keep any shared personal information confidential.
  • 12. IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

    All items we ship are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our store to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, you can either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
  • 13.HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED FOR MY ORDER?

    Sales tax is calculated as 1% on the total invoice value
  • 14.HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?

    You will receive a confirmation email from us. Another email will go out to notify you when the item is ready to be shipped. We will ship your order when your payment has been approved.
  • 15.CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT LOCAL STORES ONLINE?

    No. Since each store controls their own inventory, please return your items to the store where you purchased them. We can only accept returns for merchandise ordered through our website.
  • 16.I PURCHASED AN ITEM ONLINE FROM GOPALDAS JEWELLERS AND IT BROKE. CAN I SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIR?

    Yes, you can send it to the nearest outlet for repair. We can also have it picked up, but that will incur extra charges as applicable.
